Refund Policy for 3D-Equity, LLC

1. Refund Eligibility: 

a. Virtual Tours and Photography Services:- Refunds may be considered for virtual tours and photography services if the client is dissatisfied with the delivered product and notifies 3D-Equity, LLC within seven (7) days of the service delivery.

2. Refund Process:

a. Refund Requests:- Clients must submit refund requests in writing to caleb@3dequityllc.com within the specified timeframe, explaining the reasons for their dissatisfaction. 

b. Verification:- 3D-Equity, LLC will review the request and may request additional information to verify the client's claims.

c. Refund Approval:- Refunds are subject to approval and will be processed if the dissatisfaction is deemed valid by 3D-Equity, LLC.

3. Non-Refundable Items:

a. Customized Services:- Services that are tailored to the specific needs of the client and involve customization may be non-refundable after the commencement of work.

4. Payment Method:

a. Original Payment Method:- Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. If this is not possible, an alternative method may be used, agreed upon by both parties.

5. Timelines:

a. Refund Processing Time:- Once a refund is approved, it may take up to (14) business days for the funds to be processed and credited to the client's account.
